After spending the day at Vigeland Sculpture Park, our Oslo hosts prepared a delicious, traditional Norwegian dinner of fish cakes, boiled potatoes, and peas.
Keith, this reminds me so much of our arrival in Olso in '71, dinner provided by our host, Ivar and Randi. I hope those fish cakes tasted better than they look. All your pictures have been great; we're hungry for more.
A lovely place to eat fish cakes... outdoors in Norway, in the trees and sunshine.
They remind me of the delicious ones that my Nana Gildy used to make for us on the Cape...an old Boston recipe. She used codfish...wonder what your hosts used?
